This Company Is The Worst Nightmare
This company is the worst nightmare that I could experienced. I won 2 pallets, paid in one day, and after a week, when I don t see any update, I contacted them, they took another week to get back to me and told me that I owe them more money for shipping, I sent another wire right away. I have never received my shipments, after one month, I asked for a refund, they gave me a wrong tracking number. When I checked, it wasn t coming to my address, I contacted the shipping company, let them know, they told me BStock gave me a wrong freight, so I have to contact them to fix that. At that point, I told them that I wasn t interested in the products anymore. I just needed my money back. They agreed, they said they located my shipment, but as requested, they will contact with update about my refund. Now it is passed 2 months, never heard from anyone. I now have to put my lawyer in top of them. Worst company.. Stay away

Stay Away From These Scammers
They say they have product condition grade levels of, Grade A/B, Grade C/D and Mixed Lot. I purchase a box of Beats headphones from BStock Costco that were supposed to be Grade A/B which means good condition instead I got a box in which half the items were broken, didnt work, poor condition and some were missing. Rep tells me Grade A/B includes damaged and poor condition items which is the dumbest sh!t I have heard. If that is the case why would you have Mixed Condition lots, which is what they sold me as a Grade A/B lot. So basically I got scammed into thinking I was purchasing items that should have been ready for sell and instead got salvage items that are trash and cant even be sold for parts. Stay away from these people unless you like giving away money not even worth the 1 star Trust Pilot needs to allow negative ratings.

Its mid-December and the holiday shopping spree is at a fevered pitch, but inside this 120,000-square-foot warehouse on the outskirts of Phoenix, a hodgepodge collection of returned items sits in rows of boxes stacked 10 feet tall. Twenty-eight-pound bags of dog food, brownie mix, toys and weighted blankets are lined up alongside vacuums, sporting goods and patio furniture.
Its just very random, says Rosenberg, the founder and CEO of B-Stock Solutions, poking around the glut of unsold goods belonging to several of the nations largest retailers. The 53-year-old eBay veteran, who has a head of gray hair and dons a checkered sports coat his wife picked out, has flown in from San Francisco for the day. He spends little time in warehouses like this one, owned by a company called Freeport Logistics, but the items packed into them are his lifeline. His Silicon Valley company, which runs online auctions for dozens of retailers trying to get rid of millions of returned and overstocked items, sold about $2 billion worth of heavily discounted merchandise on their behalf in 2019. That helped his 160-person firm generate estimated revenue of $150 million.

I have been purchasing B stock liquidation for yearsCostco is the worst hands down I won 2 auctions in 2 different states. The first was delivered with missing items and they only offer 20% refund even though I had not received what I had paid for. I did counted the items in the drivers presence and signed BOL noting what was missing. took pictures and submitted them. “These were big items so they could be counted easily”Second order came with a different carrier 1 whole pallet was missing. Never has this happened in all my buying ob b stock. It has to be coscto never again!!!!

My experience with my first won auction was bad, I did not fully analyze manifest, overpaid, and just after ~12 months turned a profit, after that I developed software that can fully analyze each auction, and also automate inventory management & WooCommerce import. My family has been in the wholesale business all of my life I know a lot of wholesalers and I’m getting a lot of bad customer service from B stock cannot get anyone on the phone Stuff shows up all broken and no one will contact us back also they’ll hold your product for months well they’ll hold your stuff for months your money and you’ll never get some of the loads that are promised or things will be missing off the load I don’t understand if you spend money with a company especially wholesale I’m not acting like everything should be perfect but some of the stuff and business practices is prettyIf I was a smaller person a mom and pop or someone like that I’d be out of business luckily I have a strong company and these little hiccups did not put me out of business but if you want to know how to make a small fortune start with a big one with B stockOr if you want to go to the casino you could just go to be stock you never know what’s going to happen

worst company i have ever dealt with. they are a broker for sellers and allow their sellers to sell fraud and use “bait and switch” i got a gaylord from them which had NOTHING in it from the 8 pictures they showed and now im waiting for some 3rd party to solve the problem. i also won 2 other item sfrom the same seller thank god i didn’t pay for them. I told bstock i would not pay for them until the fisrt one was straighten out and was told i should pay for them or i might get large fees taken from my back account. I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!! they allow fraud and dont help the buyers. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

First Time And Last Time
First time I ordered the seller was trying to get me to give him more money after the auction was closed and bstock gave me credit when I told them. So I won another auction to spend that credit and never got a tracking number or nothing. Did receive my merch but there is no way to contact anyone immediately if you have a problem and they make you wonder what is going on till the item show up. The seller had a over seas unreachable number email and the address shows to be a gym or a car wash or a physician office.

I dont have any experience but I would rather suggest you to try selling the merchandise on other platforms such as eBay. If you provided some more details about the products, other sellers would be able to offer you some advice on where to sell them or how to proceed.
As liquidation would barely cover your initial expenses and you would soon see Amazon or third party sellers attaching their listings against the same ASINs after getting the goods for next to nothing.
Bstock is a very good service generally. A lot of very large companies , use them to liquidate stock.However, if you use them to liquidate stock, it will be for a very small percentage of the original price.Far better if you can move them on somewhere like ebay instead.

I have never in my life had such a hard time getting my product. It gets lost, is damaged, or isn’t what it’s supposed to be. Shipping is an absolute nightmare. It takes up to 6 weeks to get my orders, then when they do come they are missing a good portion of the order. Is it so hard to put the whole sectional on the truck?
