Uninstalled And Reinstalled Now Working Great

Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that has so far fixed the problem I was having. Not only that, while the update will take some getting used to, I can actually see it and am impressed with its functionality and layout. Upgrading my three stars to 5. Will update this review again if I spoke too soon! Otherwise, the team working on this did a great job- just appears to be a disconnect not on their side of thing causing my update to not actually update. Since the last update, I have not been able to pull up any houses. Instead, I have to first search on another app and then pull it up on this one for more details. Sometimes I can pull it up by town, but today Ive had to type in the actual address. It shows that there are no houses available in my entire state. Which is absolutely not the case . Ive reset my filters a few good times, and signed out and back in. Next step is deleting and downloading again. I have used this app over the course of the last year or so as my house search has gone from a casual to actively putting in offers search. This app has gone from my only search engine to one of many I now use because of how buggy it is:/ Devs please help!

The best way to avoid investor and Realtor scams is to ignore anyone who wants to buy your house without looking at it. You will either lose money through identity fraud or receive a lowball offer that is nowhere near what your house is worth.

Suing The Seller For Failing To Disclose Issues

There are many reasons why homeowners should avoid rushing the sale process. You will avoid several scams by following thorough and detailed steps to sell your home. In this scam, the buyers accuse the seller of knowing there were issues in the home and failing to disclose them when selling the property.

There are multiple instances when a seller discloses issues with a home. Any known problems should be listed in the offer paperwork and reviewed by the Realtor working with the seller. For example, if there is a broken tile in the bathroom, it is listed in the offer. Next, the home inspector who the buyer hires will take a detailed look at the home. This is an objective party that identifies any problems with the house. Finally, buyers can also find issues at the final walkthrough, which is their last chance to raise concerns before closing.

Look out for buyers who are willing to buy your house without an inspection or who conduct a rushed inspection from an unknown company. These are warning signs that the buyer might be a scammer. Shortly after you close on the house, you may be sued for issues that either werent there before you moved out or that the buyer ignored. The buyer will try to claim that you knew about the problem and intentionally hid it to sell the house.

There are several ways to prevent this scam. You can schedule a pre-listing inspection to understand the state of the house. You can also work with your Realtor to ensure any potential issues get listed.
